We're all about bringing you live music from all sorts of genres and can't wait to show what live music we have in store!

We're starting with a kick, stomp and tambourine shake from High Horses on March 3rd. This local folk rock act are well known to Birmingham - from busking on the city streets to taking over barber shops and of course singing their hearts out on stage, mandolin in hand! This band are sure to leave you with a smile on your face as these musical folk tell you a tale.

Rising from the ashes and ready to send The Night Owl spinning into psychedelia are Blackash, performing at 60's garage and psych night Sensateria on March 16th. They're grungy and gritty, with echoing reverb and hallucinatory crashes of drums that will summon the inner beast in you and send you on journey of cosmic proportions...

For fans of the country sound and south western blues we are proud to bring you Swampmeat Family Band on March 23rd. Celebrating the release of their new album "Too Many Things To Hide", SwampMeat Family Band will be bringing their friends blues rockers The Mighty Young, punk maniacs Bad Girlfriend and alternative rockers Cave Girl!

On March 11th we'll be having a right old knees up for St Patricks Day, with raucous multi-instrumentalist Ash Sheehan! Some may know him as the drummer from The Twang, but most know him as a trickster, party starter and all around talent, playing Irish classics and party favourites.

If that's not enough to get you hand-clapping and toe-tapping, we have some rip roaring debauchery coming from Rhino and the Ranters on April 20th. They're infamous for their high-octane sets and have been described as Cow-Punk, Gothic Gospel Blues, letting their music follow inspirations from blues, rock and bluegrass.

Back by popular demand, Henri Herbert and the Fury will be giving us a supercharged display of boogie piano on May 4th. The YouTube sensation has grown from strength to strength alongside his band, embarking on a European tour off the back of supporting Richard Hawley. Expect pounding piano keys and rock and roll detonation!

Honourable mentions also include soul and funk singer Jake Henry on March 17th, Jam tribute The Jam DRC on April 7th, 60's rock and roll performers The Quik Beats on April 21st and Amy Winehouse Tribute Marina Coombes on April 28th.

Tickets for all our events can be purchased in advance from The Ticket Sellers. We have live performances almost every week at The Night Owl - be sure to check our listings or just pop down to the club. You never know, you may find your new favourite band!
