Smart casual/smart. Dress up or go casual, jeans or trousers, dresses or suits, whatever floats your boat. However, we do not allow casual sportswear, including caps, football shirts or any team specific clothing.

Smart, clean trainers and polo shirts are fine.

We have different DJs at every party! Some of our residents include Mazzy Snape, Ed Edwards, Liam Mckeown, Old Bort, Sam Redmore, Tom Mason, Callum Gallagher, Steve Connelly, Sonny and Spare and more!

Many of our DJs do use vinyl either exclusively or in combination with other formats.

Well definitely not indoors – it’s the law! We do have a sheltered courtyard with seats and heaters at the rear of the venue where you can smoke. Please be aware that use of electronic cigarettes and vaporisers must also be within this area.

Events at The Night Owl are strictly 18+ unless stated otherwise. We do run some family-friendly events but these will be clearly indicated in the event description and on any posters or promotion. 

If you are lucky enough to look under 25 then you will kindly be asked for ID upon entry to the venue. Please bring a full or provisional driver’s licence or a PASS card as ID, and a valid passport will also be fine. Any fake IDs will be confiscated.

Though in some cases there are tickets available on the door, we highly recommend booking a ticket in advance especially if you are attending a live music event or one of our popular club nights. You can buy tickets over on our Citizen Tickets page.
