Parviz “Khorshid Khanoom” 2026 UK Tour pt. II – Support by Wiffeney

Parviz’s self-titled debut album is slated for 2026: tinged with psych, funk and a touch of Persian classic sounds, it evokes the spirit of Iran’s 70’s music scene, while adding a modern touch. Flowery, kaleidoscopic and contemplative, it’s like an old taping of Iran’s beloved music show Rangarang brought back to life, only this time with detuned synths, DIY aesthetics and a certain indie je-ne-sais-quoi. It’s at times candid, nostalgic, dreamy and fierce; both rooted in Persian culture and distinctly modern.

After a successful UK tour earlier this year that included 5 sold-out shows, Parviz will be back for the second leg of his Khorshid Khanoom Tour, and will play at the Night Owl on 22nd November.
