With over half a century of hits, The Rolling Stones are the driving force of rock and roll. Mick Jagger’s tenacious stage presence, alongside their electric guitar riffs are enough to send generations of fans into a frenzy, and their contribution to music should be celebrated.

This is where Get Stoned come in. The enigmatic six piece tribute band from the Midlands have that instantly recognisable Stones sound  down to a T.  Frontman Mark Butler’s stage persona is uncanny to Jagger himself, alongside his unmistakable raspy, commanding voice. The band also consists of  bassist Les Greaves, drummer Les Fortnam, guitarist Steve Gates, Gaz Barnham on the sax and Robin Fox on the keyboard.

Playing everyone’s favourite hits including I Can’t Get No Satisfaction, Paint it Black, Honk Tonk Woman, Brown Sugar and many more, a night with Get Stoned is a night of pure, unadulterated rock and roll.

Get Stoned will be playing on January 27th at The Night Owl, tickets can be purchased here or on the door. Doors open at 8pm and tickets also include entry to the Dig? Soul and Retro Club Night after.
