A pop-up festival ticket shop and free entertainment hub is opening today in Moseley.

The shop is located at 129 Alcester Rd, on Moseley High Street in Birmingham with tickets to Pairc Festival and the opening party with Ocean Colour Scene will be available to buy from the shop with in-store performances from The Clause, Marquis Drive, Ash Sheehan, Sean Kenwrick, vintage clothes on sale and more.

The shop will feature a special exhibition of Ocean Colour Scene prints from photographer, Tony Briggs. Tony was the exclusive photographer and video director for Ocean Colour Scene from Moseley Shoals to Marchin’ Already and is currently launching his new coffee table book “Behind the Scene” which is due out in August. Prints displayed are one-off book page proofs and iconic shots of the band.

The Britpop group are set to headline The New Irish Centre in Kings Heath for the Pairc Festival opening party on Friday 26th August – their only Birmingham show of 2022. Support comes from Brummie indie-outfit The Clause, 7 piece band and Ocean Colour Scene tour veterans Marquis Drive who appeared on the 2021 UK Tour and features OCS Drummer Oscar’s son Leon Harrison on vocals, and newcomers Killglass. PLUS, you lucky lot get to have us DJ throughout the night! Our resident DJs Mazzy Snape and Shaun Walsh will be laying down nothing but the best Britpop, indie, 60s and rock on the night.

You can purchase your tickets for OCS here or head to the shop and grab yours there.
